Turning Insight Into Search Growth
Strategy First. Technology Second.

The Client
When Reinhart Landscaping & Snow came to Celerate, the initial conversation centered around a website redesign.
Our research pointed us in a different direction.
The existing website wasn’t fundamentally broken. Reinhart didn’t need to start over. What it needed was a clearer digital strategy one built around how prospective customers actually search, what they need to understand before choosing a landscaping partner, and how Reinhart’s expertise could be translated into content that performs across both traditional search and emerging AI-driven discovery.
Rather than recommending a full redesign, we focused Reinhart’s investment where the research showed it could have the greatest impact.
We Started by Listening
Our strategy began with research not assumptions.
We analyzed Reinhart’s website performance, search visibility, competitive landscape, user behavior, content, service positioning, and opportunities across SEO and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO).
But some of the most valuable research didn’t come from a tool.
We interviewed Reinhart CEO Todd Reinhart to understand the business through the eyes of someone who has spent years building it: how Reinhart approaches a property, how the team makes decisions, what differentiates its process, where technology is changing the industry, and what customers should understand before choosing a landscaping partner.
Those conversations gave us something analytics alone couldn’t provide: Reinhart’s subject-matter expertise.

Our job was to turn that expertise into a digital strategy.

The Research Changed the Solution
Instead of replacing the entire website, we identified the pages with the greatest opportunity and rebuilt and redesigned the experience around them.
We strengthened key service and landing pages, clarified Reinhart’s commercial and residential positioning, improved service-area content, expanded content around specialized services such as solar vegetation management and autonomous mowing, and created stronger pathways for prospective customers.
We also transformed Todd’s expertise into search-focused content and frequently asked questions based on the language and questions real customers use.
The result wasn’t simply better copy.
It created a stronger body of authoritative content that helps search engines and AI answer engines understand who Reinhart is, what the company does, where it works, who it serves, and why its expertise matters.
From Page Eight to Page One
Before this work began, Reinhart had important search terms buried as far back as page eight of Google.
Through targeted landing-page optimization, keyword research, technical and on-page SEO, stronger content architecture, internal linking, metadata optimization, and ongoing refinement, priority Reinhart content has moved onto page one of Google for targeted searches.
At the same time, we expanded the strategy beyond traditional SEO.
We incorporated Answer Engine Optimization throughout the site, structuring content around natural-language questions, clear answers, service expertise, geographic relevance, and authoritative information that AI-powered search tools can more easily understand and surface.
As search behavior continues to evolve, Reinhart’s strategy evolves with it.

Research Doesn’t Stop at Launch
For Celerate, strategy isn’t something we deliver once and put on a shelf.
Reinhart became one of the first clients to benefit from our Hypercare approach: an ongoing cycle of measurement, learning, and optimization after improvements go live.
We regularly review analytics, Google Search Console data, search performance, Microsoft Clarity behavior, and emerging opportunities to understand what’s gaining traction and what isn’t.
That continuous research has already changed our strategy.
For example, our quarterly analysis showed that Reinhart’s residential page wasn’t gaining the search visibility we wanted. We went back to the data.
Search Console helped us understand how people were finding residential landscaping services. MS Clarity helped us examine how visitors interacted with the page. And when we compared that behavior with the language captured during our CEO interview, we identified a disconnect.
Reinhart spoke about its approach using terms such as landscape engineering. It accurately described the strategic thinking behind the work but it wasn’t the language homeowners were using when they searched.
They were looking for landscape design and installation.
So we changed the strategy.
We repositioned the residential content around homeowner search intent, rewrote key messaging, strengthened frequently asked questions, and updated titles, descriptions, keywords, and other SEO elements through Yoast.
Then we continued measuring. The residential page began gaining search visibility.
That is what research and strategy should do: identify an opportunity, inform an action, measure the result, and continuously improve.

The Result: A Smarter Digital Investment
Reinhart came to Celerate expecting to redesign a website.
Instead, research helped us identify a more focused and ultimately more valuable path forward.
By investing in the pages, content, search opportunities, and user experiences that mattered most, Reinhart has strengthened its Google visibility, expanded its presence in AI-driven discovery, created clearer pathways for prospective customers, and built a digital platform that can continue improving over time.
And because the strategy is grounded in ongoing data rather than a one-time redesign, we’re able to continually identify the next opportunity.
That’s what we mean by strategy first, technology second. Technology is the tool. Research tells us what to do with it.
