That standard has to extend to every corner of their digital infrastructure.
The Challenge
Running a medical society at ASCCP’s level means managing complexity that most organizations never face: multi-tiered membership structures, differential content entitlements, conference and abstract workflows, regulatory-driven guideline updates, and a growing demand for education across time zones and languages.
Most societies meet this complexity by layering vendors a separate AMS, a separate LMS, a third-party abstract system, an external meeting platform. Each system does its job, but none of them talk to each other cleanly. Data lives in silos. Staff spend time reconciling systems instead of serving members. And every new requirement becomes a negotiation across three different vendors.
Key Insight

A unified platform, purpose-built for medical societies
ASCCP’s digital infrastructure runs on our full GoSuite ecosystem: a public-facing enterprise WordPress CMS, integrated AMS for membership management, a full Learning Management System for clinical education delivery, meeting management, and a configurable Abstract Center all operating on one data model, with no third-party fragmentation. Every system knows what every other system knows. Membership status drives content access. Registration drives communications. Nothing gets reconciled manually.

The front-end experience is authoritative, clean, and clinically focused designed for the clinicians and researchers ASCCP serves. Behind that experience, content staff control access rules, configure differential pricing and entitlements, and manage product tiers without developer involvement. The platform gives the organization flexibility without creating dependency.
Rapidly expanding multilingual education
ASCCP’s commitment to clinical education has grown significantly — and so has the geographic reach of that education. The GoSuite LMS now supports a rapidly expanding library of online, on-demand, and in-person courses delivered in multiple languages. Adding a new language or regional course format requires minimal effort from staff. The infrastructure is built to scale education globally without scaling the operational burden that usually comes with it.
Integrated abstract and meeting management
ASCCP conducts its entire abstract submission and peer review process inside GoSuite no external platform, no vendor handoff. Submission workflows, reviewer assignments, scoring, tracking, and presentation management all run in one place. The result is operational control, meaningful cost savings, and reporting that actually reflects what’s happening across the full conference lifecycle.
Enterprise hosting and continuous evolution
Since 2012, we have hosted, maintained, and continuously advanced the platform implementing regulatory-driven updates as clinical guidelines evolve, enhancing education delivery capabilities as ASCCP’s programs grow, and optimizing performance and security as the organization scales.
